In My Computer, where cookies, favorites, and all those other folders are:?

The Temporary Files is highlighted in blue, stands out from the rest of the other folders. What, and why and how to get that back to normal?

the should be here
the files are in blue because they are being compressed for archiving
properties

cookies history, are saved in user folder, near my document up a bit, faforites are in windows folder
