first of all, how old are u??
if i were u, i'd try and hook them 2 up first... because if u feel its 1 of 3 things: he likes u, he likes her, or he likes both..
then u will figure that out by doing this. if he likes her, he'll go along with it. if he likes her and u, he'll go along with it and continue to flirt. in either one of those cases, u should no longer choose him as ur crush and move on.
BUT, if he only likes u, he won't go along with your match-making and u will know ur the one.

I assume he wouldn't have any reason to tell you, that he likes your friend, instead of you, if he didn't. I'm sure he likes you, but not in the way that you like him, he probably just sees you as a really really good friend, then again, I could be wrong. There is always a possibility that he has a secret crush on you and he doesn't want you to know. Time will tell, good luck and I hope everything works out in your favor.

Probaly both. He doesn't sound muchlike "good" boyfriend material if he tells you that he likes your friend while flirting with you at the same time...

hes a dog man thats deep make him ask her out and then ask him out to a movie or lunch and then ask him whats stopping him from asking you out and drop the other girl as a subject if he brings her up again you are heading for his toy pile while he loves the other one

ok I've got a plan... ok when you 2 hang out together, sometime sit down and have him sit down next to you and ask him if he likes you, cause you like him. but if he says no and really means it say "ok just wanted to let you know" :) Good luck!
