it depends on body size and muscular definition cuz muscle weighs more than fat. Have your DR check your BMI (body mass indicator) and check the chart or you can go to one a weightloss sight and it will have one of those on it and you can enter your body type and your weight and it can give it to you. As long as your healthy you should be proud of whatever size you are. All sizes are beautiful

If you are 5 feet tall, you should weight between 100 and 110 pounds, and then 5 pounds for every inch over 5 feet, give or take a few pounds.

It depends on their height and lifestyle, if you're active and don't eat fried or fast food alot, then you shouldn't worry about it. I think more women should have meat on their bones and not worry about being a skeleton. If you eat bad you'll look bad even if you are skinny and have a fast metabolism, it makes skinny people look soggy and shapless.

It's not the weight! It's the proportion. If you're as wide as you're tall, then you're fat! If you're wider than you are tall, then you're fat. If you have a spare tire around your waist, then you're fat. AND my best description, if you're stomach isn't flat!

That's my opinion!
