If I were a mouse, I would prefer some Brie Cheese and perhaps a little glass of wine with it. Oh! And please throw in a cracker or two. The wine will help to wash it all down before I get stuck in that trap.

iam torn between sonoma pesto garlic jack cheese and havarti..both offer good pairing with all fine wines and fruit..but for a mouse trap, you have to go with havarti..i would fall for trap anytime for some yummy havarti
