that's weird.

did you try to take the battery out and put it back in? sometimes it's just that simple.

did you get it wet somehow? that might cause the screen to mess up. if there is some kind of liquid damage, there are some indicators in if you take the back off and the battery out and they will be red or pink. but there are also some indicators in the inside of the phone also that you can't see.

Well, of course there is the old, take out the Battery, wipe of the things, those gold ones and put it back in, and that works sometimes. It does.

Second, you can always go to the place you got it from, or call them, and they will tell you what to do. Ack nice and they will be nice to you.

And third, your phone looks new, so send it to Nokia and if it is still in warenty, they may repalce it. And, Hey man, I am around your age, and these things just happen. I have gone through 4 cell phones this summer, and never a Nokia, but I am now religous to Samsung, I love this a930.

Hope ur parents dont find out.

Can you shut it off and turn it back on again. It may re-set it.
Try to do a google search for the Nokia phone they may have trouble shooting techniques on the website.

Did you try turning your phone off and then on. If so go to your providers website they should have help there. I know cingular has instruction manuals for all phones so maybe you can find your phone if you have cingular. If nothing works if you have insurance you should be able to get your same phone free.

have you tried just turning it off and waiting a few seconds and turning it back on? If that doesn't help then you may need to have it checked out at the cell phone store

your flex cable is broken, or bent, they only cost about 5 dollars if it is a cingular phone, I assume it is because it is GSM thier repair centers should have them in stock, if not order a flex cable off cellphoneshop.com and replace it yourself, when you open up the phone it will be pretty easy to see where it goes, any follow up questions I will check back and try to answer for you
