my signals and emergency lights are not working i need to replace the "relay"

also my door handles not working in the indside and dont forget about the relay

normally there are two diffrent relay/flasher, one for turn and one for hazards. since neither work i would suspect the t/s switch is bad. try wiggling the turn signal switch a little and see if they start to work. if so replace the switch.

i have a 88 oldsmobile and mine is up under the dash by the steering wheel on the left side.and for your door handles,it could be the rod is off the handle,probably that plastic is broke that holds the rod on.

your owners manual should tell you for sure but on most vehicles its the big round plug in in the fuse box under the dash.
