People are rude, ignore them...
When i got mine done, several times i would wake up and find that the stud fell out. It took about three to four days for mine to be alright. Keep an eye on it, and if it doesn't seem to get any better, make sure you call the person who pierced it. Good luck!

It will take alittle while for it to heal up. The hardest part for me was keeping makeup out of it. When I got mine pierced, I have a diamond stud in mine, and everytime I cleaned it, I put bactine on a q tip and cleaned the inside and outside with bactine. It is probably loose because it is still moist and not healed (think of a fresh sore), I would be patient and clean it well. Never heard of sea salt to clean something like that, but I know the bactine works really well. I have had mine pierced over a year and still use bactine to clean it when I put my foundation on in the mornings. Just give it some time, it will be fine. Just keep it VERY CLEAN!!!! Good luck to you.....

the ring being loose could be for any number of reasons, it may be that a larger piece of jewelry was used to allow for swelling and you didn't swell, that happens to some lucky people...I swell like crazy.
anyway the nostril can take up to 6 months to heal so if the jewelry is really uncomfortable because it is too big then go back to your piercer and have them change it to a smaller one, I'm of course assuming that you had it professionally pierced and the jewelry is either a captive bead ring or a nostril screw? If it is an earing stud (the kind loaded into those evil piercing guns) Then find a piercing shop near you and have them change it to an appropiate piece of jewelry that was meant for a nostril.

I got my nose pierced 2 years ago and it was a little loose at first. After a week or so it will tighten up. If not, then you might want to find a thicker nose ring. Try to get one from the place you got it pierced, they might have different sizes/thicknesses.

I think it is pretty normal. I had mine pierced about a month and a half ago and its still a little loose. I didn't swell so thats probably why.

save cleansing it with antiseptic/salt soak and do not contact it too oftentimes. it will be high quality, yet yeah, for destiny reference be positive to bypass to an section that sterilizes each and every thing in an autoclave and use an antiseptic on the area before piercing it.

it's normal for the ring to be loose because they probably pierced it with a bigger one to allow for swelling.

i think it's normal, but i don't know how long it'll take to heal (i did mine myself, it took about a week to stop hurting)
