Fallen is a really big company. They have pros under their belt. But i guess you could take a whack at it. First you should make a video of yourself stakeing. This should show your main skills and big tricks. But you should keep it short, because if they get to it they dont want to sit and watch 15mins for a couple kickflips. You then send that video and possible coverletter to the recruiting people. Good luck. But i recommend you start with a smaller comapny. Then you can prove your stuff in competition and Fallen is more likly to notice you.

usualy you can video tape a sponsor me video (in a digital videocamera) and send it to them in an emai file. as in attach the video file to the email. you can browse around to find it.
