talk to yourself. Plan out how you would do something if you were in charge. Start writing a book. Go outside to a crowded area and jsut look up. You'll be a amazed how many people will see you doing it and will jsut stop and look up to. Count them to see how many fall for it. When they ask you "what are you looking at?" just say "That thing over there behind the cloud." or "It looks like something was falling but now it just stuck there". Lots of laughs to be had.

Create a job resume' for each of your toes. You know--- a name, education, work history etc. The next thing you should do is print the resume's and send them to companies that are seeking job applicants. If you receive any positive responses, go to the interview, and after walking in to see the interviewer, take off your shoe, point to the toe in question, and say: "Tell it to the toe"!
