yes there is
you need to defeat the eilte four then go to the battle frontier then go to the battle tower go to the PC then put the pokemon you want to clone into a box (it is better to put it in one that is empty) exit the PC then save then put the pokemon that you want cloned into your party then exit the PC go to link battle (the last one) follow the steps then when she asks if you want to save say yes then there will be a short pause then it will say would you like to save your game say no then shut it off then turn it back on.
and now you have just cloned a Pokemon
note: the reason it is better to put your pokemon that you want cloned into a empty box is because it wont delete a pokemon, but sometimes it will.
