i have to take this extremely pointless class called freshman studies that teaches you dumb stuff like writing homework in your planner as if we don't already know how. the teacher is really uptight and the class would be achingly boring if not for two of my close friends. we talk and laugh (not out loud) during class and try to entertain ourselves which sometimes does not go unnoticed. during times when she isn't lecturing we talk and laugh which probably gets on her nerves. so how do we pass notes and such more discreetly?

Just think, if you're this bored with the class, how boring must it be for her? She's probably not particularly thrilled about teaching it herself. If you and your classmates have mastered all of the targeted skills find a respectful way of proving it so that the class can move on to more interesting subject matter. Also, try asking questions that would fall within the guidelines of the course. Most teachers will modify their lesson plans to incorporate what is relevant to their students. However, she doesn't know what you're interested in if you don't tell her, and she won't know that you've mastered the skills if you're making minimal effort to pay attention in the first place. Remember, she gets paid regardless, it's up to you to make the most out of the class.

Well If U R Distracting The Class,Just Go Ahead And Quit So U Can Start Digging Them S*it Creek Ditches Ur Gonna B Digging For The Rest Of Ur Life..If That Is Not An Option Then Shut Up And Listen Everyone In Class Might Not B As Smart As U,THEY Might Learn Something,(That's Why They Call It School,If Nothing Else Learn Respect For Ur Fellow Classmates,That Would Make The Class Worthwhile....

Here's an idea. Shut up or get out. Quit wasting everyone's time. You and your friends are not as cool as you think you are. Since you obviously know everything, quit school and get a job. Get your own place and stop mooching off your parents. You should support them since your such a genious.

My friends and I used to create our own tv scripts using characters from already made shows. So it would look like we were writing a lot of notes but we were just dicking around entertaining each other.

well i had a friend in 5 grade that would always goof off in class. he would always get caught cuz he sat directly in the back stright ahead from the teacher. i sat to the side so when he got moved by me we would always talk and pass notes and play around. cuz we werent in her direct view we never got caught. so move over to the side if u sit anywhere in the middle area. it helps alot.

Also, if you don't get graded based on class participation, who cares if it gets on the teachers nerves.But stop if she tells you to.
