Most doctors would say sudufed. I know that pregnant women can take Tylenol for pain, but I am not sure about the sinus meds.

if you do not have any underlying blood pressure problems, tylenol sinus and sudafed are fine. but if you have high blood pressure chloraphanerime products are the safest ( clortrimeton).

First read the back of the box it should tell you if you are pregnant not to take it or if there's a pharmacy in the store ask them they will tell you what is safe for her to take..

the only "safe" meds are plain Tylenol, plain Sudafed or Tums.... only if her doctor says it's alright.

As long as her blood pressure is ok, it should be safe. If she is having BP problems, she will need to check with her MD.
