It is not possible unless the person is suffering from some extremely rare condition or disorder. I had a roommate once whose summer job was to administer barium enemas to patients in a hospital. She told me that one patient vomited the enema.

That must have been one hell of an enema. Not only does it have to fill up the 3 feet of large intestine but then it also has to fill up the much longer small intestine and then backfill the stomach.
I would think someone has much more to worry about if that were to happen.

As a paramedic, I can firmly say that yes, it is possible. I have seen it. You can vomit poop, but you have to eat it first. It isn't nice.

unfortunately it is possible, if they have sever forms of cancer or bowel obstuctions, don't you have more important things to focus on then the demise of others, and seems to me you have a s h i t fettish!
