First off i have learned my lesson the hard way. I dont know who my child's father is. I'm trying get paternity established because i'm not the only one responsible for the child. I have notified all the "alleged" fathers and all except one is willing to do a paternity test. The one who refuses to do it is the one the child looks exactly like. I had broke up with him because i found out he was married. i didnt know i was pregnant at the time. I informed him and the "alleged" fathers that i was pregnant and wanted a paternity test done. I've got all the information on all of them including the married one.The married one got divorced and remarried 30 days after divorce was final. i told him i filed for paternity/child support. He said the child isnt his.I have made attempts for him to see the child and he hasnt been around for the attempts.How should i deal with him if he is the father of my child?
He has two other children 18 and 16 he has little involvement with them.

File with the State Child Support Enforcement Services with information on all the possible fathers (sperm Donors) for this child. They will REQUIRE that they take a Paternity Test to establish Child Support Enforcement actions -- and that means REQUIRE.
They will set the appointment. The father suspects will have to be there and pay/take the tests (and if you have the results of the others that show they are NOT the father -- so much better for you). They will process the information, and they will have the results. It is that simple.
Just because he was MARRIED before does NOT mean he can IGNORE responsibilities if the child is PROVEN through DNA testing that it is his.
Just because he does NOT want to take the DNA test, does NOT mean that a JUDGE won't order him held "Contempt of Court" or ORDER that he REPORT IN for DNA testing. (and the judge WILL order it). He can order the guy jailed, and the test will be done while he is in jail.
IF he is the father -- work with the mediator for the Visitation and other problems outside of the support issues. THAT is where you need to do it.

Your best bet is to go through with the paternity tests on the people that have readily agreed, hopefully one of them will come up positive and will avoid all the other mess. If by process of elimination you come down to the married man, and he still refuses, then you can file with the court to have paternity established and he has no choice in the matter. Good luck!

Do the paternity tests for the dads who will do it. If none of them are the father it leaves the dead beat. File for support for the child..if he disputes it they will order a paternity test. You cant make him take part in your childs life but you can make him take responsibility for the child financially. Good luck!

You can't really teach an old dog new tricks now I know it hurts you because it will hurt the child later on down the line but you need to be the mother and the father here and take that mo fo for everything he's got cause finacial support is better than no supoort honey
