An ecoli attack is going on right now and they think it is coming from raw spinach. Just to be safe don't eat any for awhile and throw out what you do have at home. I'm only saying this because I don't want anyone to get sick, especially all us pregnant women!!!

It's not just bagged spinach!! It's all spinach until they can locate where the ecoli came from, which they have not figured out yet. Especially raw spinach!! Even if you wash it, it won't kill the bacteria. Just avoid all spinach until they figure out where it came from, better safe than sorry, right...

I'm not pregnant, but thanks for your concern. I heard that on the news today as well.
My Mom always told me to eat spinach...it'll put color in my cheeks. I'd ask "who wants green cheeks?"

I heard that as well right after I ate a spinach salad! This has happened before, not only with spinach, but with other bagged salads as well. They say now (who are they?) that you should wash all bagged salad before you eat it.
I also just heard the restaurant "The Elephant Bar" was closed down. They were reserving food that was served to others! Yuck!
People are dumb! Thumbs up for you!
Wow! I didn't know it was all spinach! Thank you! I hope they get to the bottom of this. I love spinach!

This was a huge problem a while ago--maybe 5 years or so. They did an expose on it on Dateline. It was coming from the farms who used manure in their fertilizer. They claimed to "double rinse" it, but were still cautioning people. I thought that it had been taken care of, but I guess it's back. :(
I'm not pregnant, but thanks for the warning. I do have two young toddlers at home who LOVE it. I'm a fanatic about scrubbing produce, but it's sort of hard to do with spinach. I always soak it in salt water and double rinse it, but I don't imagine that does much towards e. coli. :( Thanks again for the warning!

I've had E-Coli before. Believe me you DON'T want this. I guess it is more common and most people don't know they have it unless they get checked. Not to gross anyone out, but I woke up in the middle of the night and I thought I was going to die. I was on the toilet and there was a ton of blood. I was so sick. At one point I was laying on the ground contemplating going to the bathroom while lying on the ground. It was HORRIBLE!!! I honestly thought I was dying at one point. I ended up having to go to work that day because it was Kindergarten Round-Up and I couldn't cancel 60 some odd parents coming in to talk with me. It took me a week to get over the worst part of it. My birthday was that Saturday and we had to cancel two parties for me. Overall, I think it really took almost a month for me to feel back to normal.

confident turtles do consume worms. Earthworms, blood worms, meal worms, wax worms. All categories. container turtles love them. yet you particularly shouldn't save the turtle. for many motives, a million. You evidently don't understand what to feed it and could make it ill with the help of your decision of nutrition plan. They consume slugs, crickets, worms, culmination, vegetables all this issues. 2. Its basically incorrect. It grew to become right into a organic creature and you took it remote from its liked living house. the only appropriate reason to take is despite if this is in a enormously populated section. Their are many different motives which includes that this is unlawful on your state. i'm hoping you maintain this in recommendations.
