My best opinion as a girl using makeup everyday, I think blue mascara has its own people. It is weird but I have a friend who has a personality that goes with it. I think to wear that color you need to be a wild diva like the girlz in a rock band who wear their hair in green, pink or blue colors!!! Its just like totally sky blue eye lenses.... too strange for a normal simple person i think!

Never seen it. So I can't really say. But it depends on the shade I guess, if it's like navy blue, it might be okay, but if it's like sky blue or some bright color, I'll have to think about that...

well blue mascara was very hot in the 80's but now it is out. it may look nice if you are punk. but other than that ..not

Generally no, unless you have an amazing eye color and complexion that complements the shade of blue. Stick to black or brown if you are blonde.

Only if your under 21 and still wild and crazy. Over 21 I would be careful - that person might be to wild or really crazy.

I guess it depends on the girls eye color and what eyeliner and eye shadow they have on, and all the other things to go along with their face, personnally i don't think it looks the greatest!!
