You need to look at why it frustrates you. If you can allow yourself to let people just be who they are, and do what they do, and not let it bother you, then your life will be a lot more fun, because people can be very funny.

The reason it is "wrong" to become "really frustrated" is that it harms no one but you. The question is this.... what benefit do you derive from being frustrated? Give it some thought....

Take some time and really ask yourself what it is about "loud breath" that bothers you? Close your eyes, and listen to loud breath, listen intently and become aware of what is going on within yourself. What is happening at a subtle emotional level, Is there anxiety there, or fear, or anger.... what is going on within yourself?

What does it remind you of, what memory is just below the surface, and can you bring it up to experience it?

What might happen if you were to experience yourself as peaceful and contented? Is the need to be upset too comfortable to not be frustrated?

These are just some things I would do to try and understand my frustration.... in an attempt to achieve some peace within myself.
Peace

You are not God. Others have their problems too. Take some time to do things you enjoy doing - no frustration there, is there?

Btw, when you want to speak with someone, try calling out their names first, then make sure they heard you call them before you begin asking or saying what you want to say. It takes at least 2 sec to get someone's attention to tune in to you. This is respectful.

It is not wrong to get frustrated, but don't you go hit someone or remain frustrated (the perpetual frown on your face will freeze if you remain in that state for too long) for a long time.

I talk to you as a concerned auntie...:)

If this is really bothering you, you might want to look into desensitization. Much like a phobia (unwarranted fear), emotional reactions of this type can benefit from desensitization therapy. The reason that you react this way is really of minor importance, but the fact that you are bothered by this fairly normal behavior in this way need not continue to be a consistent source of frustration.

Any "opinion" that motivates human beings to discriminate adversarial to, harass, or bodily and emotionally attack different individuals is inaccurate. Hating human beings for something it really is a organic function is inaccurate. you would besides hate human beings for being left-exceeded. FYI there have continually been glbt human beings. Alexander the great is probable between the most proper basic. In Western lifestyle, advert, religions promoted homophobia to implement non secular authority. No different reason. GLBT human beings were dealt with as evil, then as mentally sick, until eventually finally interior the 1970's the quite clinical data change into examined objectively and confirmed that gay and lesbian human beings were no more beneficial neurotic than heterosexuals -- dazzling, for individuals who were systematically discriminated adversarial to. in case you do not realize that discrimination is inaccurate ... imagine the way you'll sense if all of unexpected human beings along with your eye colour were no longer allowed to get married. because that's merely as a lot portion of someone as eye colour. And merely as strong or undesirable. i do not supply a flying frak what your opinion is. yet even as "critiques" reason hate and attack, it really is inaccurate.
