The volume of a sphere can be found by the formula:
volume=4/3¶r3

4/3 x 3.14 x 15 x 3 = 188.4 in^3

you can turn it into a decimal, or just type it into your calculator as 4 / 3, and it will turn it into a decimal, to be more exact.
