Don't want to get your hopes up but women can have implantation bleeding when the egg/sperm is mated and trying to imbed into the uterus. Usually just spotting like you described.

Some people get mid cycle bleeding and it can be normal for them. Bleeding with ovulation is common with many women. However, it could also be a sign of a hormonal imbalance. If you did just have a miscarriage, it is possible that your body is simply straightening out. Like after a pregnancy we sometimes need to take time to heal. I would check it out with a doctor or naturopath. I personally had the same thing happen and I bought a PMS/Menopausal formula. I am no where near menopause but I took it to balance things. It worked amazingly well! No more mid cycle bleeding!

Call your doctor. Tell him/her (or ask to talk to the nurse) what exactly is going on. Your body might be resetting from the miscarriage. You might be having ovulation bleeding. You could be having implantation bleeding....the list goes on. Only your doctor can tell you what's going on. He/She will be able to test and do an exam to find out what exactly is going on.

I would not worry till you hear from the doctors, It could be anything but to be honest i dont think it is from your miscarraige sometimes your body just changes and you might have a abnormal period from time to time. Easier said then done i know but i would just wait and talk to the doctor.

I don't know honey, but I would definitely go to that doctors appt, or phone up on a day and say that it's an emergency, most doctors surgeries have emergency appointments ready for people like yourself who need them.

This sounds like implantation bleeding that I always get when I get pregnant. It is usually two weeks after my last period. Good luck!

Have you taken a pregnancy test. Some women spot before their period is due when they are pregnant.

Maybe your period came early, I would check with a doctor to be sure nothing is wrong with you.
