Probably because they only want good looking people on the show... or ones with dramatic stories...lol Why would you want to get a tattoo there anyways? Do you know that you are going to be paying a LOT more than any other good artist would charge....

Because it may be filmed for t.v. , notice they don't show too many average people on the show. Not to say they won't do your tat, but if you are "hot" then they may ask if you would like to be on film.

you have to be either really attractive or freaky enough to make for good tv, the plain or boring need not apply.
