What the above user posted is wrong. You use the formula for the volume of a sphere: Volume = 4/3 * pi * r^3

r is the radius, so r=15 inches

V = 4/3 * pi * (15in)^3

15 is taken to the 3rd exponent, which means you multiply 15 by itself 3 times (15 * 15 * 15 = 3375)

V = 4/3 * pi * (3375 in^3)

Then, you just multiply all the numbers together

V = 4/3 * 3.141... * 3375 in^3

V = 14137.167 in^3

The volume of a sphere can be found by the formula:
volume=4/3¶r3

4/3 x 3.14 x 15 x 3 = 188.4 in^3

hope that helped.
