Actually, it is common for males to mildly lactate.
However, if it lasts more than a day or two, it could be someting serious. Did you recently have your nipples pierced? (I doubt a 15 year old would). Have you had an infection of the skin/upper respiratory infection (A severe one) near the chest?
Go see your doctor if it worries you too much.

Can't say from the pic if your are a boy or girl, but that is a sign of breast cancer so you may want to go to the doc. If you are a girl, you could be pregnant.

boy right? well i dont think its normal did u get ur nippels peirced or anything like that maybe its just infected by something hurt it in some way?
