If you're on a budget, I would definitely hit Forever 21 and H&M. They have cute dresses for cheap -- just make sure you try them on because the fit is sometimes off and they may have flaws. Good luck!

I used to work there I should know....Dillards. They have the most pretty and
affordable dresses for teens. Tons of selections. Go to the teens section.
We used to get Bombarded....with Prom Dresses....the girls always came
to Dillards to buy teen stuff. Have Fun !!
