It seems like even nefore and after my period there is alaways white stuff in my undies!! Is it like mastubation or something like that?? IS this NORMAL??

That is called discharge, and it is comptletly normal! If you are worried talk to your mom, the school nurse, a female teacher or another trusted adult. Good Luck!

Is vaginal discharge normal?
Yes. Glands inside your vagina and cervix (the opening to the uterus, or womb) make small amounts of fluid. This fluid flows out of the vagina each day, carrying out old cells that have lined the vagina. This is your body's way of keeping your vagina healthy and clean. The discharge is usually clear or milky and doesn't smell bad.
The colour and thickness of the discharge changes with your monthly cycle. The discharge is thicker when you ovulate (when one of your ovaries releases an egg), when you breastfeed or when you're sexually excited. During your period, menstrual blood mixes with the discharge.
What changes may be a sign of a problem?
Changes that may signal that something is wrong include an increase in the amount of discharge, a change in the colour or smell of the discharge, and irritation, itchiness or burning in or around your vagina. This is called vaginitis. A discharge that's stained with blood when you're not having your period could also be a sign of a problem. These signs may need to be checked by your doctor

No this is a normal part of being a woman. This is a normal discharge. It clenses and cleans the vaagina. If you want you can use a pantyliner. If you want more info go to www.beinggirl.com

perfectly normal, it will lighten up with time and age...it's just a normal female secretion. most women leak body fluids either before there periods or all the time, this too is normal..and nothing to worry about.

yes it is. (Normal lol) well there's a name for this thing and its called discharge u wont always get it wen ur gettin ur period but sometimes u will. i usually wear lightpads cause somtimes it gets really wet down thre well hoped i help

oh yeah perfectly normal...called discharge!! Also if you're getting really bad discharge werar a pantiliner (light pad) and you'll be ready to go!!!

it is discharge, it is your bodies way of cleaning out all of the dead cells and stuff before you start your period, nothing to fret about

yeah. its called discharge and its basically something girls have when they are feeling sexy, or warm. It happens to me all the time and its normal.
