i REALLY want to be gothic, or at least be friends with goths, but i cant afford like, ANYTHING, and NONEof my clothes are black. how can i look gothic or at least be friends w/goths

why do you want to be a goth, ewww, but i'll help
to be a true hardcore goth not emo
look in your dads or mums clothes for old black stuff
and wear some old black shoes with black socks
dye your clothes in to black
dye your hair black, listen to goth music , theirs plenty of site which can help you there
paint ya nails black
wear white make up, steal it from your mum
and goths hang out at train stations so check out places like that
and say you hate life and you want to stab everybody and you'll fit in!

hehe. well..im a goth. for 4 and a half years now..
why do u wanna have goth friends? cuz u would look cool around them?..we hate being cool!! and cuz u wear black doesnt mean u can hang with us.
its not only about the clothes..its abt the way u feel...ur view on life and other things..the music u listen...etc.

you don't have to wear all black, trust me! just do the eyeliner and DON'T ACT PREPPY OR DRESS PREPPY! if you are of age, get a piercing or two. don't wear bright, girly colors like pink! but if you want to be gothic you should know this already and most people just grow into it so they know what to do, not just wake up one morning and decide"hey, i want to be like those people". if you want to be there friend just talk to them. a gothic is one of the best friends you will ever have. and don't ever again say" i cant afford like anything". the word like IS PREPPY!

goths are pretty open minded, i'm sure as long as you are cool with them, they will be cool with you. I was goth in high school, and most of my friends were punks and thugs.

go talk to them, im sure your clothing wont be the thing that prevents you from hanging out with them.
if you become friends, they might introduce you to their clothes or help out.
