i have a friend that when she goes poop no poop comes out only blood. kind of like if she was on her period but she isn't. she says it is lots of blood and that after she feels very weak. it has happened 2 times so far.

She should probably go and get that checked out. I have had a colonoscopy before and was really nervous about it, but it really wasn't bad and they were able to diagnos the problem quickly. It's really not something that should go on without evaluation.

Nope this is not normal at all there are about 100 medical conditions that could be causing this, and all of them pretty serious..it's normal to wipe and have a little blood, if you have hemroids, or fissures, but another more than a drop or two is a serious problem.

tell her she might have fissures.(a fissure is a tear in the anus lining,and when you go it stretches it and it bleeds)if she has that then its not life threating,it just painful.go to the web and write in fissures and it will tell you more then i can.good luck.1 more thing,she could have an ulser.
