How long's the gap now since he stopped?
If he stopped emailing you for a long time now, then you have to think and have an assessment. Did you guys have a smooth friend or love relationship? How deep is the closeness? When you both communicate with each other, do you securely feel that you are important to him? If you are in doubt with the answers, then possibilities are, he is no longer interested with you and he had found some things to do and will just tell you that he's busy which is surely an alibi.
But if you're kinda or completely sure that the answer to those queries are all positive, then wait for some more time. Maybe, he's really busy. Is he working or what? You can't ever tell what's going on with him since it was an online mate, unless both of you were so close that it would be just fine to call him and demand an explanation. Dont lose hope but dont get your self too attached to him if you dont have any commitment.
Did you tried all ways of asking him? If you did so, then what you should do now, is to engage yourself in any other thing that will keep your mind away from him. We dont want to appear clingy and desperate to them, we are to be catch by them. If he comes back, good for you but if he dont, accept, there are more worthy than him.

maybe he was afraid for the relationship to develop anymore due to it being online. or maybe he found someone in real life that sparked his interest. there's no reason sweating someone who won't return your emails, or says they're too busy. you're never too busy for someone u care about, if its real feelings. i've learned that throughout my crazy life experiences. find someone else just as interesting to keep your mind off of this guy. he's not worth it if he knows it bothers u and he still won't explain. and if boredom is part of the reason, PLAY SOME YAHOO GAMES ONLINE! :-)

you should circulate stay with yet another relative (grandmother in keeping with risk?). living by ability of your mom or dad doesnt look like the appropriate challenge the two strategies. you should call your dad and tell him the way you sense and how your mom treats you. each and every now and returned human beings dont understand while theyre being hurtful(your dad). to reiterate, you pick you get out of your mom's homestead(or get her some help) via fact even nevertheless its greater verbal abuse than actual abuse, verbal abuse may be the main durable. solid success and God Bless!

Been there, done that. He's found himself someone in real time.
Did you guys ever get together off-line? If not, then I hold to the above statement.
I'm sorry, it really sucks when this happens. Good luck.
