This story hits a little too close to home for me. I grew up not far from where the woman lived. I have had friends living in the exact same complex that she did.

Nancy Grace ran the program because she honestly feels that by doing so it would help bring media attention to the woman's lost child. People like Ms. Grace do not understand. She is a bully. Plain and simple.

The young mother chose to go on the show to help bring attention to her missing child. Ms. Grace chose to make the focus not on locating the child, but on accusing the mother. The mother, we now know was unstable. Ms. Grace convicted the mother before she even asked her a question. And even now, a week later, Ms. Grace shows absolutely NO REMORSE for the things she said and did. In fact her interview on Good Morning America was just shameful.

She flat out accused the mother of killing her own child. Why? Because it turns out that the mother liked to go shooting. She had purchased a shotgun and took off for the woods with her child for target practice.

I'm guessing Ms. Grace isn't a fan of the NRA. Families that are raised with guns and hunting (which thankfully I am not....but plenty of friends were) have absolutely no qualms about taking the children along for "target practice." This does NOT mean that the parents use the CHILD as a target. I have many friends who were shooting guns at age 2 (age of the missing child). This is normal behavior in our backward little county.

Anyone with an ounce of compassion would feel remorse for the death of the young woman. I feel saddened, and I have never met her, though I know plenty of women like her. If it turns out that the mother harmed her child, then Ms. Grace will be singing and dancing "I was right!" But more than likely she will slip sheepishly into the night like she did after accusing the "runaway bride's" fiance of killing her.

We don't need more sensationalism. A child is missing. That's sensational enough.

I disagree. The woman she was questioning had obvious mental health issues before the interview. It was said that she spoke of committing suicide more than once.If you're innocent then answer the freaking questions. She couldn't.She shouldn't have agreed to go on CNN if she wasn't able to deal with a logical line of questioning.Love her or hate her I have no doubt that Nancy Grace is dedicated to helping victims. She's had plenty of opportunities to prove that over and over again.I wonder why it is that male lawyers who are as sharp as she is aren't called "bitches"?
