I want to create my own music with a program that needs few add-ons or downloads from an online website. Your help please...

Buzz is awesome - it can be a little buggy, but if you have plenty of four letter words available for when it crashes, it's very useful.
Most of the music on the Soundclick page in my profile was created with Buzz.

(Did I mention Buzz was freeware?)

GarageBand is what I use, and I like it very much. Only 2 downsides:

~ I'm pretty sure it's only mac compatible
~ You can't change the time signature (after starting to make the song) but you can change the tempo.

Other than that, it's really good.

try cakewalk. it's expensive but very good.
