You could be pregnant but if I were you then I wouldn't do any hard workouts for risks of a miscarriage. THe best way to know is to go buy an ept test and find out!

Working out will totally delay your period, but if you've been having unprotected sex all month, then there's always that chance. I would test in the am, if it's negative, don't waste your money & wait a week to see if you start.

after 5 days u can take a home pregnancy test and it more than likely is pregnancy if u haven't been using protection , however it could be stress as well or the vigorous workouts but I think its pregnancy so take a test to relieve your mind.
