When I try to change the pattern for the siches, the little scrolly thing gets stuck. Does anbody know how to fix it?

As a rule I take out the bobbin and put
it in again. Also check your tension for
the type of fabic. Do a small test on a
scrape first to insure your not to tight
or to loose. Even your needle needs
to be for the correct fabric. Check
the size it is. Than, give it another
try. If you have a manual, look at the
items mentioned and I'm sure you'll
be sewing again.

check the tension on the thread to make sure it is not to loose it may be gathering on the bobbin,. also all ways change the pattern when the machine is not in operating and use a test piece of clothe to check it out.

find your local sewing machine repair man and get a tuneup. your machine should have a tuneup at least once a year, especially if u use quite a bit
