It's a rash on my face and it won't go away it has been on my face for awhile. I need it to go away.

if you have a ALOE VERA plant, your saved. slice it open to expose its goo thats inside place it flat on your face (goo on the rash) and tape it there-yes tape it- over night, or use sum other thing to hold it in place. do that over night.
if u dont have the plant use the aloe vera gel u can by at target, anywere. its wont be as good though, but its second best

go to your local pharmacy or grocery store and get 1% hydrocortisone, try it for 3 days, if it's a minor skin irritation you should start seeing results in 2-3 days, if you do see it working don't use it for longer than 7 days, you might have a food allergy

i wonder what kind of rash it is. try to make an appointment with a dermotlogist. u might be allergic to something.
