-a little girl
-camera view of only the shoes(shoe color preferably red or blue..whatever color but the rest has to be in black and white) moving about throughout the film
-the story line would be something like....she is somewhat of a spectator in the life of the nieghborhood
*her purpose is that she is an innocent child looking in on the darkness of the world, for instance a man nextdoor beating his kids or wife....or down the street someone selling thier bodies for 20 bucks...or at the park across the street is covered with trash and there is a depressed junkie sitting on the kiddie slide...eventually her mother finds her...
-again shots of her mom shoes or feet is only shown while she runs desperately to her daughter and they walk away..still you'd be shooting the same angle the whole way...

scene 1 One Saturday everyone in the city decided to clean their houses to
so that the insides were as pristine and shiny as a television comercial
Scene 2 so much trash was hauled out the local garbage men
couldn't pick it up in a timely manner and went on strike from
the heavy work load.
scene 1 everyone in town flushed their toilets at the same moment
scene 2 will leave to your imagination but you get the idea.
