how can i start my bluetooth in notebook Dell inspiron 510m?

-no sign of bluetooth program, driver, icon whatsoever
-source cd is not in shape,i bought my notebook second hand
-i was told i could reach it through bios, but i can't get to bios since my Windows XP is starting without showing any messages like "press del to change settings" before loading upon start.

when you see the DELL splash screen press f2 and it will boot to the setup screen. first page, near the bottom it will say if you have bluetooth or not and if you do you can enable it there.
