it's one of their old videos because when I was watching it in VH1 they we giving videos of the 70s like videos from duran duran and David Bowie

It can be only one music video you are looking for and that is the greatest song ever recorded in the history of music... STRANGELOVE!
This song made me a devotee (that is a fan of Depeche Mode) for life when a friend of mine played it to me. I've been listening to Depeche Mode for over 15 years and they are the best. I've seen them twice in Cape Town in back to back concerts.
With the release of "Music for the Masses" in 1987, Anton Corbijn shot all of the four videos from the album including the French single for Little 15, which is shot in a pink color with a little piece of paper that just says the number 15 floating around in Paris with the band holding a clock or a watch just as a symbol for time. The videos for "Music for the Masses" were all shot in France and each showed beautiful shots of the French landscape. "Strangelove" shot in Paris shows the band following two models in the streets of Paris including a shot of former member Alan Wilder (1982-1995) holding a huge megaphone that had the word Bong (the band's newsletter to fans). "Never Let Me Down Again" is shot in the French farming area where Gahan is walking in the fields with the band following him. "Behind The Wheel" is shot in that same French area where a woman in a scooter gives Gahan a ride to a town and the band is playing instruments including an accordion as Gahan dances with the woman.

You've stumped me. Love Depeche Mode, but can't think of it.
Good news is that they're about to release a greatest hits on both CD & DVD. It won't help you today, but it will look nice in my DVD collection when it comes out in November!
