Ok more specific, I wanted to know what kind of classes they take, is it hands on right away? Do they practice surgeries on corpses ? if so how often, how long does it take to become an ob/gyn? what subjects are studied the most ? is it biology?

No, it's not hands on right away. With most schools, there is no Pre-Med major, so you would major in Biology or something like that. Then you would apply to Med School and get a degree. Once you finish your residency, you can start your own practice. You need to be able to write chicken scratch and look at boobs and butts all day.

They have a lot of stress, little sleep, and lots of expenses.

Biology, chemistry, pharmacology, anatomy. Yes they have to work with corpses. You have to be good with science and math and dedicated to medicine.
