I have a lexmark p915. I have been printing invitations. My printer ink is full but the color of the ink is off. It suddenly happened. I gave the printer a break for a while and checked it out later and its still off. What do I do about this? ( the printer is only a month old)

How to Clean the Print Cartridge Nozzles and Contacts Manually
IMPORTANT! You should only follow the steps below to resolve a print quality problem if you have already attempted to solve the problem by printing a "Clean Print Nozzles" page. On all recent Lexmark Photo Jetprinters printers, this option is available under the Maintenance tab of the Lexmark Solution Center. On some Lexmark AIO Photo Jetprinters, you can also find this option in the operator panel menu.
1) Remove the print cartridges.
2) Moisten a clean, lint-free cloth with water.
3) Gently hold the cloth against the nozzles for about three seconds, and then wipe in the direction shown below.
4) Using another clean section of the cloth, gently hold the cloth against the contacts for about three seconds, and then wipe in the direction shown.
5) With another clean section of the cloth, repeat steps 2 through 4 above.
6) Allow the nozzles and contacts to dry completely.
7) Reinsert the print cartridges.
8) Print the document again.
9) If the print quality does not improve, repeat the steps for cleaning the nozzles and contacts up to two more times.

Look in the Lexmark help files. The instructions there should tell you how to remove and clean the cartridge. If the instructions aren't there, go to Lexmark's web site.
The ink cartridge has 3 colours of ink in it, so it's also possible (as mentioned by someone else already) that 1 of the 3 colours has ran out.

Usually printer cartridges contain 3-5 colours depending on manufacturer. It sounds like one of the ink reservoirs has become empty in yours and you just need to replace it with a new one.
