EX, AFFAIR, CHILD SUPPORT, INTIMIDATED... Are you being jealous because he had an affair, but he is your ex. He should support his child financially without any intimidation, but you can't accuse him of having an affair as an ex, or else the word, intimidation will come in. You can see how you are mixing up things for yourself. Unless you still want him back and trying to use child support issue as an excuse to get to him. Be honest with yourself.

Sorry, not enough information there and so can't really help, but if your ex is intimidating you when you ask for child support, go through the CSA. If you are on benefits though you will not receive the money, the benefits agency will. However, he has a legal, and moral duty to support his child. If his intimidation is threatening, abusive or violent, call the police on him.

If he is intimidating you to get you to back off, remind him it is for his children and report him, they are his responsibility too.

Read your previous question. Go and see a lawyer/solicitor. You need proper help and they will be better able to advise you.
