It's normal.
Practically everyone develops a fetish of some kind to a degree. Some guys like breasts. Some like butts. And some like feet.
As long as it isn't obsessive...Most women will view your fetish quite favorably. Very few women will say no if their boyfriend offers to do a foot massage.

Hey every women is different in what turns them on just as with men. Quit worrying about whether or not she likes it. She isn't telling you to stop so go for it...You can also add in a little massage oil and rub her feet as well... Have fun

While I think that the foot fetish thing is stupid, you and your wife seem to enjoy it. I can't imagine allowing someone to do this unless you enjoyed it.
