I'd have to say, I loved it! If there's a director out there you can't go wrong with Tim Burton's name would be on that list. The animation was great! The music fit with every scene! The story line was fresh and yet classic Burton. I have to agree with many of these comments not on the top of my Burton list, but not far down either!
PS: I'm excited for Sweeney Todd! Who better to take this sinister Broadway play and make it a movie!?!?! And Depp as the title character, it's another Depp/Burton combo I'm not going to miss!

It's not my absolute favorite TIm Burton movie, but it's definitely up there. You gotta love Johnny Depp. I love Johnny Depp, and since he's in so many Tim Burton movies, of course I like Tim Burton's stuff! If you're a fan of The Corpse Bride, go rent Sleepy Hollow. It's Tim Burton with Johnny Depp and Christina Ricci. Morbid humor.

I'm the only person in my family that likes any film by Tim Burton. I think the's a genious, and uses the dark humor and romance very well, but everybody else in my family thinks he's a freak! I can't believe them....
i still say that The Nightmare Before Christmas is the best.... sry

I liked it..and I adore Tim Burton. But it's on my bottom of my Tim Burton flicks...Big Fish and Nightmare before Christmas on the top...Edward Scissorhands too. In my lowly opinion..it was good - but not good enuf for the likes of Tim.

Cute film. I had the advantage of hosting it as a preview screening when a friend of mine who hosts these had another movie to host simutaneously. I love all of Tim Burton's films with Johnny Depp, but this one shows that Burton has really come to a pinacle point in his career. I doubt it's the climax, but it's definitely some major growth.
