It goes into the optional safe mode, start windows with network, start windows with promt, and start windows regularly, but when I choose an option it just reboots again to the same screen and has been doing this over and over for the last 24 hrs
HELP ME please?
I don't have a recovery disk, please tell me there is another way

You may have been hit by a virus, some of those are known to continuously reboot a computer. The quickest way to fix that is to take out the hard drive and put it (as the second drive) inside a computer that's running an updated version of Windows and an updated virusscanner. Then run a scan on your drive.
If this does not work, your Windows install is most likely destroyed. And yes, you'd need to reinstall or use a recovery disk to fix that.

unfortunately you have been attacked by a virus...if you have a keycode on your computer you can perhaps borrow a disk from someone and reinstall windows. if not youll need a chaser disk to find the keycode for reinstallation. if it was a boot windows copy your kinda screwed.

You really do need a recovery disk to find out if its a hardware or software problem

you can log on to windows safe mode and restore your pc to previous restore point
