will fulfilling that fantasy stop the obsessing about it?

Usually, because most of the time the reality doesn't live up to the fantasy.

Then again, sometimes you really just love it and want to do it more and more and get even more obsessed.

And sometimes it's a little of both: the fantasy isn't like the reality, but you keep trying and experimenting until you eventually find a way that works for you, and it becomes part of your everyday sexual experience.

The only answer you can get comes from your work with trained professionals, but I can give you one girl's opinion. No, not necessarily. I got obsessed once about something sexual. I kept thinking about it and thinking about it. Finally I tried it, and you know what, I was so disappointed in the actual experience that I began a worse obsession with what had gone wrong. Had to get on some serious meds. So go get some help. Talk about the sources, not the symptoms! Trust me.

Maybe the obsession will go away, but not the fulfillment.

Probably. Of course, most likely either they wouldn't be able to fulfill it, or it would be much less intense than they expected and they'd lose their obsession with it.

if you have a fantasy and you never fullfill it you will always wonder about it so maybe you should do it if its not something you think you'll regret
