The site www.anywho.com can do a "Reverse Lookup" and if you type in a phone number (not from a cellphone), it will give you the person's address and their name.
www.whitepages.com has a reverse lookup directory and so does Google.com. Just type the number into the search bar for google or click Reverse Lookup for the white pages
