I've just double checked, it's not on the soundtrack. The song i'm looking for has vocals.

Okay sweetie I love this movie and I always try to find the music that I love from kung-fu movies for example I love the song lover's from house of flying daggers but anyway on to your answer.
There is no specific title or name of a person who sings the song the only thing I can find is Iron Monkey Recognized / Miss Orchid's Flashback you can go here to read about it http://www.soundtrack.net/soundtracks/database/?id=3062 and then go here to hear a clip of it just scroll down and go to number 10 and click listen http://www.amazon.com/Iron-Monkey-James-L-Venable/dp/B00005RKUE hope this helps :) You would have to buy the cd to listen to the whole thing which is like 2 minutes I think unless you can download it from somewhere.

Get the film, watch the credits at the end real careful using the pause function and you might be able to determine the singer and title from there.
