Windshield Wipers?

there is a black thing coming off my wipers just hanging there, what is it? how do i fix it? how much does it cost?

that is actually the rubber that helps your windshield wipers clean your windshield, you need to replace your wipers asap before you cause scratches on your winshield and trust me that can lead to costing more money than buying a new set of wiper blades.

Sounds like your wiper blade is coming apart and the rubber blade coming apart from the metal part . New wiper blades are
between 6 and 10 dollars for a good wiper blade.

A piece of the rubber is what that is. Replace the wipers with new ones. Go to Wally World, or your local parts place and buy a pair. The cost is minimal, maybe 10 or 12 dollars or so. They are simple to change too.

are they winters blades, probanly don't know. the little black wrap hanging off your wipers is it the piece up where your wipers hook to the metal arms ,the piece that wrap around your wiper blade. or is it the part that sit on your windsheild, if it is this piece than you need to change them. If you live in ns the blades are about 7 dollar a piece at c.t. Do not buy the expensive one because they are garbage.

Go to walmart and buy a whole new wiper if you dont wanna spend alot it range from 3-20 bucks this is better than buying just the blade less hasle.

sounds like your wiper blades are dry rotted and falling apart. if you go to your local chain parts store most of the time they will install new blades for you for free. The cost of the blades will be around 15 to 25 bucks depending on the car
