hang the ring on the Christmas tree on Christmas morning and spend some time standing around the tree. Tell her you want to spend the rest of your Christmas's with her by your side.
Take her out to a restaurant where some live music is being played and have the band play your song and ask her to dance and propose.
Take her to the mountains and stay in a rustic cabin during a winter storm and curl up and talk for days about your dreams and tell her your dreams will all come true if she says yes

Well that is only up to you.You know what she likes and dislikes,but the most important thing is to make it special.I asked the woman I love To marry me on the London Eye as she has never been on tit so I booked a capsule for the two fo us with champagne.

I agree with Sue ZQ. Public proposals take the magic away from it. Go somewhere that means something to you and tell her how you feel about her. Most of my friends were so crazy excited when it happened that they can hardly remember what he actually said so don't be nervous, just enjoy the moment.

She sounds like a lucky woman.
There are loads of options.... maybe on a beautiful secluded beach somewhere?
My best advice would be spontaneous and make it personal... you know her best and know what she would love and where all her favourite places are.
Avoid being cheesy and unoriginal.... like asking her at top of Eiffel Tower, etc.

think of somethng extremely romantic and tie it in with something she likes. does she like the beach? sunsets? does she like cars? take something she likes to do, like her most favorite thing, and tie it into a really romantic date somehow. make sure it is 100% about her. and then propose when the time is right, like when the sunset it at the perfect level, or something memorable. im sure youll do great!!!

take her on a romantic night out.... look into her eyes (after the meal) kneel down and repeat after me " my lovely we've been together now xxxxx month's/ years and i can't imagine being with anyone else but you, i love you so much, would you be willing to spend the rest of your life with me... pause... then ask ............Will you marry me? its guaranteed to make any lady's knees turn to jelly.
