It's truely amazing, so long as you have a headset with a microphone. It honestly feels like the person is in the same room as you are if you are calling to someone else who is using Skype on their computer. I find it much clearer than a phone line.
If you live in the USA, you can get free calls from Skype to an ordinary phone through the end of the year. After that (and before this promotion) it was still pretty cheap. You can download the free software at www. skype.com. I don't work for them and have no financial interest in whether you use it or not. I just really like it.

skype is when you talk into the cp and it comes out the other end of a phone.
you can call all around the world for less then 1 cent a minute
