My husband is such a redneck...any suggestions how to change things up?

As a redneck to change is like asking Nascar to run clockwise instead. Never gunna happen.
However you have to consider this.
If it is a minor change he should love you enough to accommodate it.
If it is a major change, would be happier with it or him?

You can try your best to change him, but would you really want to? You married him as he is. You fell in love with him as a red neck. If you get him to change he may resent you for the interference. You may not even love him anymore. How about learning to line dance and start wearing a cowboy hat?

You can't change people. If you loved your husband you wouldn't try to change him. People can only change themselves.

get a can of spray paint. pick any color besides red. but seriously, it's up to him to change. it's really tough when he's an adult now.
