I believe average income for residents of Buffalo is $35K annually while for Long Branch it is closer to $39K.

University of Buffalo and Cansius College can lay claim to being nationally recognized as some of the best schools in the country.

be prepared for interesting motor vehicle laws if you chose to move to Buffalo, NY. Although Buffalo is not a bad city or it wasn't when I lived there New York has a very strick inspection and insurance rules.
The cost of living isn't too awful bad otherwise with the suburbs being an easy ride from almost anywhere you need to go. There is the problems of tolls but if you live there and travel the toll roads on a regular basis you'll get e-z pass which is great to have.

cost of living is really high in long branch. im from that region about 15 mins away from long branch in nj. the house u asked for would be about 1500 a month. apartment about 1100-1200 a month. if u want a job in a department store or grocery store there are jobs everywhere. average income for store and retail is 8-9 dollars an hour. i just moved away from there last month
