Can anyone tell me how to generate 8.21 jigawatts of power without any plutonium ?

lightning bolt, have doctor brown set the copper wire from the clock tower down to between the two post, and at precisely the same time, drive your car going 88 mph into the cable, so that the cable that goes into the same whole gets the electricity.. i watched the movie last night lol.. 1st and 2nd.. and im watching 3rd right now.

absolutely. just be sure to drive your car (delorean preferrably, because if your going to travel in time, you might as well do it in style) at 88 mph with a hook at the end of it towards a power line at the exact moment it gets struck by lightning. however, i believe its 1.21 gigawatts of power. its valid, i saw it in a movie once...
